OK, the procrastination has come and gone. Next thing you know you will wake up and find out it is the Summer. Just some basic stuff here. If you have bad knees or a bad back scale this down a little. For someone trying to get back into cardio start by doing a lap around a HS track, walk half a lap and repeat. Do this 4 xs. Do not sprint. If you are a more hardcore runner and/or have races soon, these may be an interesting add on for you. Intermediate and those wanting to get their top form back can do 4Γ—800 meters with a 400 meter walk. For both do these for 2 weeks with a couple of days rest in between. You should not be hurting doing these.
